Martir Pastor Salvador - Nacho Mama's Chef
An imigrant from El Salvador, Chef Pastor came to the US in 1994. A self taught chef, he has brought a culinary flair to Nacho Mama's adding a touch of his native land in El Salvador.

He has worked extensively with the owner to bring Nacho Mama's southwestern receipes to you. Chef Pastor has been with Nacho Mama's since it's inception in 1996, celebrating his 10th year. He prepares all of Nacho Mama's fresh quisine daily and oversees the overall operation of the kitchen and it's staff.
